Pangsit Goreng
Bahan :
- 20 lembar kulit wonton / kulit pangsit
- 150 gr daging ayam cincang
- 100 gr udang cincang
- 100 gr tepung kanji / tapioka
- 3 batang daun bawang potong kecil-kecil
- 1 butir telur, ambil putihnya
Bumbu haluskan :
- 4 bh bawang putih
- 1 sdt merica bubuk
- 1 sdt garam
Cara membuat :
- Campur daging ayam dan udang, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan bumbu halus, daun bawang dan putih telur, aduk rata.
- Masukkan tepung kanji sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
- Masukkan adonan sesendok demi sesendok kedalam kulit wonton, lipat segitiga atau sesuai selera.
- Goreng dengan minyak banyak dan panas sampai kecoklatan.
